Spoon saying "Breakfast of Champion"

Why Social Media is the Breakfast of Champions

Breakfast of champions – cereal and social media? A scrumptious blend, but why?

Cereal Nirvana

Almost every single week, I schlep to the grocery store and shop for the items that I know are both nutritionally tasty and substantial for my body (which the latter is very hard indeed.) As I am wondering the aisle, looking at special discounts and deals that await me, I am always fascinated by the cereal department.

Yup, an entire aisle, from left to right;  cereal abounds! From budget to gourmet; from mushy to crunchy; from rice to wheat to corn and beyond; it’s cereal nirvana for both cornucopia of choices and a little bit overwhelming. To be honest, it is mind-blowing the variety and just the simple act of breakfast necessities.

Intricacies of Social Media Strategies

At the same time, just like cereal, social media is both daunting and stimulating, too. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Vine, Pinterest, oh my God! It is so huge, so complex, so many players, so many choices, so many options, it is, to be frank, staggering.

Whether one is a novice, learning the avenues on social media carousel, or a seasoned veteran, wants to learn more about the intricacies of social media strategies, then we need to do one particular situation to begin.

Unbeatable Combination for Success

Because no matter what, the one item that we can control, ultimately, is patience.

As Napoleon Hill, author of “Think and Grow Rich” once said, “Patience, persistence, and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.”

Therefore, we will all find our groove; we will all find our niche; we will all find our approach; we will all figure this social media juggernaut, but only if we are diligent and resolute. Then, we can be more productive because we are:

  • calm, like a peaceful state of mind
  • collected, with aplomb often through concentrated effort
  • a master, visualizing continuously about the nuances of the social media mix

Patience is the catalyst to action, (slowly and deliberately,) in the grand design of social media planning.
